We understand that the legacy of our mothers and grandmothers has an impact on our life, both personally & professionally; our mother is our first powerful role model and we believe that in a lot of ways, it sets a template for how we play out our lives. Although women have made many strides, there are often hidden messages that hamper them from becoming as successful as they can possibly be. The Mother Lode Experiences grew out of many focus groups about this issue. We see that bringing more consciousness into the nature of this relationship has allowed participants to appreciate their own abilities and obtain greater mastery in their lives.
