“Things I Wish You Knew”
Was created to serve as a tool for healing for child living with an absent father in the home. It is a creative and meaningful way of having a conversation with our child to model for them healing is possible.
Melanie Lightbourn-Rowe is an educator of 26 years; most of it spent in the Los Angeles Unified School District. She currently works at the Art, Theater and Entertainment High School, located in the San Fernando Valley. Her goal is to bridge the communication gap between absent fathers and their children though her book ,“Things I Wish You Knew.” Currently, she is working on her second book, “Am I Still Daddy’s Girl?”
