Ricardo Meza

Board Member

Ricardo Meza was born and raised in the Salinas Valley to immigrant farm worker
parents. The youngest of four children, Ricardo was the first to attend a four-year
university in California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where he received
his B.S. degree in City & Regional Planning.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Ricardo
initially worked in land use consulting before transitioning into real estate development.
Ricardo currently works for Primestor Development, a Latino-owned real estate
development company located Culver City, CA, where he is the Vice President of
Tenant Coordination & Special Projects where he oversees approximately 4 million
square feet of commercial retail properties in multiple states.

On his free time, Ricardo is an avid sports aficionado, watching his fair share of sports
with his three boys. Ricardo also enjoys getting outside of the house by hitting the golf
links.
